Oxnard, CA – Ahead of this week’s GOP debate hosted at the Reagan Presidential Library, the United Farm Workers will host a press conference at a UFW-represented farm just 15 minutes from the Reagan library with UFW rank and file farm workers.
“While Republicans prepare for a debate certain to be full of falsehoods about unions, saber rattling against Mexico, and bigotry against immigrants, we invite the press to meet directly with the largely Mexican immigrant union workers who help feed America,” said UFW President Teresa Romero.
