"This is a huge step forward for farm workers in this country," said UFW President Arturo Rodriguez. "Once again, a bipartisan group has shown they believe farm workers deserve the right to apply for earned citizenship. AgJobs, negotiated between the UFW and the agricultural industry, promises to help America secure a safe food supply, strengthen the agricultural industry and safeguard the rights of workers and their families.
