UFW staff recently completed a four day training conducted by SCS Global Services, an international leader of food safety certification. The training focused two major certifications; GlobalGap and the SQF food safety standards. With this information, the UFW looks forward to continuing to explore how to bring more value to our members and the farms where they are employed.
