Ruby Ridge Dairy is suing the UFW, two UFW staff and seventeen workers in an attempt to make our union organizing campaign simply go away. Miguel Espirito is one of the 17 workers being sued. Miguel has four children. His son, Miguel Jr., suffers from kidney failure. "Having to care for him is expensive as the treatment and medication are not cheap." Miguel’s wife will soon be giving him one of her kidneys. "I have plenty to worry about and now, I read that Ruby Ridge is suing me…I also worry that my current employer will find out and will fire me. What will I do with a sick son and my wife that is going to give up her kidney?"
