Folks, today I’m in a corn field in New York State with Stephen Colbert, who as part of the "Take Our Jobs" campaign is fulfilling his promise to spend a day working in the fields to learn first hand what it’s like to take a job other Americans don’t want. During his show “The Colbert Report”, which aired on Comedy Central in July, Stephen promised to be one of the handful of U.S. citizens or legal residents who have volunteered to take us farm workers up on our offer. We’re not sure when the account of his work in the fields will air, but we will keep you posted.
