President Obama on Wednesday will meet at the White House with family members of Cesar Chavez, the civil rights leader and founder of the United Farm Workers. Leaders of the UFW will also be present to mark what would have been Chavez’s 83rd birthday — an occasion the president will designate Cesar Chavez day, according to guidance.
