Tomorrow, along with U.S. Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.) and Comedy Central’s Stephen Colbert, I will be testifying before of a House subcommittee on immigration about the impact and value of farm workers in our society. I will reiterate the importance of their contributions not only to feeding our country but also to preserving a key sector of our economy. I will keep you updated of the results of this testimony.
