U.S. Congressman Sam Farr joins UFW farm workers and community members in Salinas during an immigration forum

SALINAS, CA – U.S. Congressman Sam Farr and United Farm Workers President Arturo Rodriguez will be meeting with farm workers and community leaders to listen to their testimonies Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at the St. Mary of the Nativity in Salinas near Closter Park.

Hundreds of people are expected to attend the public event which is sponsored by the UFW and Central Coast Coalition for Immigration Reform. Farm workers and their families will be sharing their stories with Congressman Farr and urging him to continue the fight for a comprehensive immigration reform.
