LOS ANGELES-Thousands will join the 3rd Annual Cesar E. The Los Angeles Walk concludes a month of activities which began on Chavez’s March 31 birthday-celebrated this year for the first time as a formal state holiday with hundreds of events across California-and ending with the anniversary of his passing on April 23
