Pinal scholarships given in name of civil rights leader Chavez

The legacy of labor and civil rights leader Cesar Chavez was celebrated as money was raised for scholarships and recipients were honored Friday night in Casa Grande.
“The end of all education should surely be service to others,” keynote speaker Randy Parraz said in quoting Chavez.
